Magento 2 Admin User Creation Failed

I am trying to install Magento on a fresh server of mine. I am running PHP 7.3 with nginx and Apache, attempting to get Magento 2.3.6 live. I am able to install the Magento project and do most CLI actions, such as setup:upgrade && setup:static-content:deploy. I am able to get to the frontend of the site, and the Magento install went fine when I did not specify an admin user in the Magento install command.

bin/magento setup:install --base-url= --base-url-secure= --use-secure=1 --use-secure-admin=1 --db-host=localhost --db-name=[db_name] --db-user=[db_user] --db-password=[db_password] --language=en_US --currency=USD --timezone=[America/timezone] --use-rewrites=1 --backend-frontname=[backendUrl]

When I tried the above command with an admin user specified, it will get all the way to the end of the Magento install before getting stuck on "Installing admin user..." and then displaying "Killed". The process is not finishing for some reason.

Additionally, I have tried bin/magento admin:user:create with the correct parameters, and I'm still getting "Killed". I don't think this is a memory issue as I have the memory_limit set to -1 (unlimited) and I have bumped the max_execution_time up to 300 seconds without any change. I still get "Killed".

This Magento 2 install is completely clean, created by 'composer create-project'. There is nothing in the Apache or nginx logs, nothing in the Magento 2 logs, as well as nothing output to the CLI besides "Killed".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
